Machine wash: Delicates cycle, cool or warm temperature. Use phosphate-free detergent.

Machine dry: Low temperature.

Iron: Yes, gently to protect natural loft of linen weave. Use low heat on reverse side of fabric.

Do not bleach.

VELVET

Machine wash: Delicates cycle, cool temperature. Use phosphate-free detergent.

Customs and import taxes

Be sure to familiarize yourself with any customs and import taxes and delays that you may incur. 

Returns & Exchanges

Masks are not returnable for hygiene purposes. Returns and exchanges of other finished goods that remain in their original, resalable condition are welcome when initiated within 7 days of purchase. Please save and return in their original packaging or an equivalent substitute to ensure safe return in transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged.

Gift cards and digital downloads are not refundable, but we will of course work with you to resolve any dissatisfaction.

Please note that wallpaper, fabric and custom pillow orders are non-refundable as they are cut specially for you. We suggest ordering swatches before ordering yardage to avoid any confusion. All orders are inspected before they are shipped, however final responsibility rests with the customer. Any flaws must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please refer to your credit card and bank processing timelines for funds posting as there are often standard delays that can take several business days. If your refund has not posted within their typical processing times, please contact us at maura@motifmotif.com.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
